The Room Rate is $50 an hour. This includes linen for your event. If you would like custom colored linen, we need to know a minimum of 30 days out.
We will do our best to accommodate your set up time but please note that at certain times of year, this may not be possible (Christmas/Wedding season) Most of the year, coming in the day before to decorate isn't a problem. Please discuss this with Marty at the time of booking.
If you need a bartender for your event, that is an additional $12/hr. Arrangements can be made to prepay for drinks for your guest.
The room will be cleaned and set when your guests arrive. When your event is over, you need to clear the room of all your belongings before leaving. Damages to the room or the need for extra cleaning will be billed to you.
Please stay off the golf course and carts.
Please stay out of the kitchen and from behind the bar.
NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI! You are free to decorate as you choose but please refrain from using Glitter or Confetti as it is nearly impossible to clean it up for the next event.
Our Banquet Hall is UPSTAIRS at the Fallon Golf Course. The ONLY access to the hall is via the two staircases. There is no elevator or other access to the room. Please be aware of this as it may cause issues for those in your party with mobility issues.
