Our Signature BBQ Tri Tip

Our Tri-Tip is second to none!  We've earned a reputation for delivering delicious, tender, smoky, flavorful Tri-Tip time after time.  Where smoking Tri-Tip is concerned, the devil is in the details.
We painstakingly hand trim every Tri-Tip.  On average, this takes around 4 minutes per roast.  We remove the tough silverskin while leaving the delicious fat.  
Our Signature Rub is a blend of 6 proprietary spices.  From homefries to our homemade soups...that distinctive flavor probably comes from our House Seasoning.  
Smoking meat can be a difficult undertaking.  Temperatures have to be just right.  Our Wine Soaked Oak provides the perfect balance of sweet, sour and dense smoke.  
Our Tri-Tip is often featured in our dining room specials as well as being our most popular protein for caterings.
