Catering Contract and Banquet Hall Agreement

A 25% Deposit is due 30 Days from the date of your event

14 Days before your event we need a "rough" count of how many guests we will be catering for

7 Days before your event, we need a "hard" count of how many guests we will be catering for.  This is the number that you will be billed for.  Changes to the Hard count *after* the 7 Day window has passed will be charged an additional $5/per person. 

Want a lunch item as a dinner party?  Add $2 per person!  Lunch is served on disposable plates with smaller portions. 

Due to supply chain issues, we reserve the right to make substitutions to your menu.

Please be patient with us.  We are the cook, dishwasher, event planner, room setter, baker and accountant.  We understand that your event is very important to you and it is to us too.  If we do not respond immediately to your correspondence, we are likely serving other guests.  The day of your event you will have our full focus.  Before your event we will get back to you as soon as we can.
